Blended Intensive Programs (BIP)

The Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary is offering two Erasmus Blended Intensive Programs (BIP) on the following topics:

Sustainability & Social Responsibility
The BIP aims to introduce participants to the main sustainability issues related to business sub-processes (e.g. sustainable business operations, social responsibility, sustainable marketing, etc.). The course is aimed at students who will acquire a well-organised knowledge of the main sustainability topics through online lessons and then build on this knowledge during the Summer University to implement sustainability-related projects. An international team will mentor the Summer University, and the participation of academics from partner universities will provide an opportunity for networking and discussing opportunities for collaboration in education and research.

Entrepreneurship - from idea to implementation
This BIP aims to familiarise participants with the main topics related to entrepreneurship (idea generation, market analysis, developing a business plan, starting a business, marketing decision-making, etc.). During Summer School, students will build on their previous knowledge and participate in the development of entrepreneurial ideas. An international team will mentor the Summer University, and the participation of academics from partner universities will provide an opportunity for networking and discussing opportunities for collaboration in education and research.

Both programmes include three online sessions in April/May and a 5-day in-person summer school in Miskolc between 30 May - 3 June 2023.

Detailed programs will soon be available.
