International Week at the Faculty of Economics

The aim of the event was to meet with old and new partners of the University of Miskolc and to strengthen the cooperation between the institutions and to extend it to new areas.

Workshops in two parallel sessions led to discussions on the possibilities of dual degree programmes, joint projects and COIL (collaborative international online learning) training.

Ten of our foreign colleagues from Albania (University "Aleksander Moisiu" Durres), Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan State University of Economics), Kazakhstan (M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University) and Colombia (University of Pontificia Bolivariana) participated in the Wednesday event of the Faculty of Economics. The workshop also provided an opportunity to discuss individual research and dissemination ideas. Afterwards, guests from our faculty were able to attend our classes, where they were greeted with great interest and many questions from our students.

In addition to the professional programme, we were happy to show our guests around Boldogkőváralja, Tokaj and the city centre of Miskolc.
