Our Graduate Trainee Program in Global Management provides you with ten months of comprehensive training, which will lead you to a junior management position upon completion.
This will involve training in sales, supply and operations where you work in junior management positions across different breweries as well as your own individual project.
Working in the Supply program you will cover brewing, packaging, quality, technical services and logistics. The Commercial program covers brand marketing, innovation, trade marketing and sales.
