Trenkwalder - Back Office Specialist (Budapest)

They provide the best communications services and solutions for individuals in the UK and for corporate customers across Europe. We are currently looking for:

Back Office Specialist (Budapest)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports key commercial functions what are required for Commercial Change Management, Contract Manager and Business Managers, include bid publication
• Manages customer receive request, quote and order, involve technical and sales teams when required
• Tracks workflow and implementation
• Updates operational inventory with commercial data in line with completed customer orders
• Co-ordinates pricing requests with understanding the cost and revenue impact of changes
• Performs commercial order entry related to functions with filling in the internal ordering forms with information obtained during to quote preparation phase.
• Responsible for the financial performance, service delivery, billing, efficiency of change controls and general support activities affecting commercial and service performance of the contract
• Maintains contact with the global implementation teams by holding regular conference calls

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-3 years work experience
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory for these positions
• Business and Financial background is a plus but not mandatory
• Desired candidates should be proactive and able to take initiative to create new processes and suggest changes for more business results.
• Analytical thinking is very important in daily work.
