• Autumn (first) semester: Mid-September -- End of January
• Winter exam period: Mid-December -- End of January
• Spring (second) semester: Mid-February -- End of June
• Summer exam period: Mid-May -- End of June

Enrollment documents

• Data Sheet 1 (to be completed only ONCE, at the beginning of studies at the University of Miskolc)
• Data Sheet 2 (to be completed only ONCE, at the beginning of studies at the University of Miskolc)
• Registration Sheet (to be completed at the beginning of EVERY semester)
• ID photo (when returning data sheets 1 & 2, please send an ID photo as well)

Registration in the online NEPTUN system

You will be sent a NEPTUN code which will have to be used to log in to the system. Your NEPTUN password is set to your date of birth (in a YYYYMMDD format; e.g. Scarlett Johansson's password would be 19841122), which you are kindly asked to change upon your first login.

All courses that you choose for a semester (including the ones for teaching, research or publication activities) will have to be registered here. Please be careful when enrolling to the courses as the electronic academic record book will be the official document of your PhD studies.
